ABOUT

I am Sophie Lockhart, an Assistant Landscape Architect, currently in training at Birmingham City University alongside my current position, for a Masters in Landscape Architecture, Graduating 2021.

I have been practicing Landscape Architecture for three years and in this time have developed skills in, and have subsequently produced, Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments and Detailed Landscape Designs and Landscape Strategies for a range of clients across both the Public and Private sector. Projects I have worked on include residential developments, commercial tourism projects and industrial developments.

I have experience in both managing my own projects and liaising with key clients and stakeholders, and with a BA(Hons) in English Literature and Creative Writing, am confident in both verbal and written communication. In addition I am also able to manage my time well, which has been immensely valuable having worked alongside undertaking my Masters, and am therefore able to effectively meet deadlines and manage client expectations.
